Last night we went to the seller's house (which is the same one we're going to buy) and we all signed the Seller's Agreement. It's legal now. And the ball is not only rolling it's picking up speed. If everything continues to go well we'll be homeowners in July!
This is exciting and terrifying. But our little dump will be beautiful when we're done with it!
